For a limited time, MassHousing is expanding access and benefits for MA residents to help you accomplish your homeownership goals. From 4/27/2026 through 7/31/2026, eligible borrowers will have the opportunity to receive down payment assistance of up to $25,000 statewide at a 0% deferred interest rate, with expanded eligibility.

1. Do you earn less than $205,335 per year?
